The problem here is that most games with a good plot and interesting characters usually delves into that enough during the game that a movie would be worthless.

The only good game to movies are animated ones, not all of them mind you but they are a lot better then live action. I like the Fatal Fury animes, I would shiver if they ever tried to make them into live action...

Which SF anime? SF2V or Alpha? Yes those were shit. But the animated movie was great(Provided you didn't watch the US version with all the fuct music blah blah blah).

Oh, add Toshinden, Art of Fighting, and Samurai Showdown to the crap list.

Back OT, I recall MMcafe had a news report on this a long time ago. The makers said they hoped to make a series of DoA movies and hopefully spin it off into a tv series. =/
