Is it just me or has the focus shifted from spectacular endings to spectatcular intro's these days?
Where's the happy medium?
Anyway, as has been said, it depends on the games.
If a game is heavily story driven, then it should have an ening that finishes the game in a correct manner.
Quick fix games don't usually need endings but it's nice to have something, just for the sake of closure.


im less concerned with endings than before, but i feel if a game had a strong story, the story deserves an appropriate ending. i was even ok with metroids, given that the entire game was kind of only with storyline if you looked for it. wind waker, i thought, did good job of ending, thought i am really sick of
