Well, Neo got flying powers at the end of original Matrix, and since then he gained even more control over Matrix world, so you would expect him fly around, insted of walking or rinding cars like the rest of the crew do.

I'm not into the flying stuff...can't he just transport wherever he wants or something? Kinda killed the first one too, but I guess you have to end it some Hollywood way or another. Hopefully we won't have to see him flying every 10 minutes because everything else looks amazing, like when he throws the agents all around Sauron style.
