The GameCube is a failure, which is sad, because it had so much potential. Up until this point I've been dissapointed by the library of software too.

I don't think its a failure. Nintendo is still making money off the GC. Is MS making money off the XBox? Probably not. As far as the library goes, I really can't see how anyone could be dissapointed in it. Since it's come out, it's had the best lineup I've ever seen on any system and this years gonna be a good one too.

No, none of them interest me enough to buy a console for them. Most of them don't even interest me enough to pay $20 for the game itself. Of course, I've only tried about half of them. I think Wind Waker was the only one I actually liked, but I'll take Dark Cloud 2 over it. Yes, it is a personal preference, but that's what gaming purchases are based on and right now there are more games exclusive to PS2 than I can actually afford to buy. There's no room for considering Gamecube.

I won't go as far as cock stapling, but I'll agree 100% with this. Smash Brothers is the worst fighting game I have ever played. It's not fun alone and it's not fun in a group so high on illegal substances they can't even tell what they're playing. It's just not fun.
