Well I would call their experience a hellish one. With Jim getting shot and almost dying and dealing with the infected and such. I would say that life there was hell. Of course it was meant to say "Hello" but in that one clip... it didn't... I just thought it was cool. SO HA!

I really liked it.

In case anyone didn't know, this was written by Alex Garland (The writer of the novel The Beach). One of my favorite writers.

Even if you hated the movie version, read the book of The Beach as it's about a quintillion times better. His other book, The Tesseract, is a bit odd, but still quite a good read.

not a bad movie. saw it yeaterday. kinda bleah right in the middle but then it picks up real good. nice to see they didnt just rely on the shock value of the zombies for the whole movie and when they focused at the end with the girls being hostage....nice little mind fuck.

Just got back from the movie 10-15 minutes ago. One of the best horror movies I've ever seen.

In response to the audience comment above, it really pisses me off how little decency most movie-goers have. Talk talk talk fucking worthless babble throughout large chunks of the film. Some ditz behind me was reading any on-screen captions ("Twen-ty Eight Days Late-er..." YEAH NO SHIT BITCH you can read the fucking title! Great! Get out of my theatre, you noise making whore-bag!).

Oh, and then there were all the "I don't want to see his THING!" responses to the male nudity shots. As one of my friends commented, you can tell this isn't an American film due to the male nudity and lack of female nudity... and as I commented, you can tell this sure is an American audience, because of their shock and horror comments to seeing a grown man's penis on-screen.

People fucking suck.

Uh...everyone in the movie theater I went to was fine. And people don't "fucking suck", they're actually ok...I am one.

Some of you guys need to get out more often.

Yes, because the theatre you went to is indicative of all other movie theatres in the country. And everyone was just imagining all the loud and obnoxious people.
