Yeah I'm working on that one now, FS 360 rail or something of the sort.

To jump back a few pages, I finally realized that I really am in EGM. Trippy X____X
Gah! New games are starting to cut into my SSX3 time. I slowed my playing down since the big challenges were getting to be a bit much. That one where you have to do certain tricks onto a rail...bah!

i was stuck on that one for a while. do a 360 on the rail (default, hold left on the digital pad. pro, hold up on the left analog stick.) no jumping allowed.
Thx

For any of those wondering about transitioning from one pipe to another, specifically on the Peak 3 Superpipe, what you need to do is get huge air towards the end of the middle pipe, and handplant (in the air) onto the back of the two pipes that are off to the sides. There's a little section of railing towards the back of these pipes where it's possible.
Tons of 10,000 point bonuses to be had up there, it's good stuff.
So the one question I have is whether or not using an adapter and a ps2 controller makes it control the same on an xbox as on a ps2.
I was going to pick up the Xbox version until I saw on another forum that playing on the Xbox with a PS2 controller converter isn't the same since the tricks won't be mapped to the shoulder buttons. On top of that, SSX 3 doesn't allow you to configure individual buttons.Originally Posted by Gecco
Yeah, it wouldn't work. Xbox version is still fine though, I've totally adjusted to it.
/random: I'm going to turn my Psymon into Ghost Rider, with the skull and flaming head effect...hope it turns out![]()
I really wish EA would have put in more real stuff than joke items. Watch out! $50,000 for a paperbag head.Originally Posted by FuryFox

I'm not all that impressed with the "dress up" feature. It doesn't seem like there is that much different stuff, and it seems kinda tedious...
Atleast for Mac.
Well, I've got golds on everything at this point except for the last peak 3 back country race.
What's the highest combo multiplyer you guys have got so far? I did 65ish last night, but I'm sure I could break 100 easy.
