X Play

The first X Play aired today. Basically it's Extended Play with an Xtreme edge and a woman co-host. Adam Sesslar (for better or worse) is still himself. The most interesting part of the new show is the female co-host. I guess they aren't paying her enough, or she's just a bad actor. Either way, it's very obvious she doesn't give a shit about videogames. If you're going to get a lady on the show to draw in a bigger crowd, then a least make her seem like enjoys videogames. Lame.
And yes, I know I sound like a snob. Just watch the show and you'll see for yourself how two people can have barely any chemistry. I wish videogames drew in more females, but this is a step back.

The title alone is a step back. I wouldn't watch it anyway though, shows about videogames (except for history of type stuff) don't interest me at all. Why watch when I can play?

I always thought she sucked on The Screen Savers too, so I doubt it's a "lack of enthusiasm about games" thing. I missed the show, but it looks like it's on at 11:30 again tonight so I'll have to try and watch it.

i felt the same way, extended play was just fine as it was, maybe it would be better if Adam had a full hour to work with. but Morgan looked like she could care less about being there.
i guess she could only make the show more interesting if she went topless. she does have a nice set of tits!

I haven't seen it yet since my TiVo screwed up on it. I'm sad to hear that she didn't work out well. I was hoping to have someone semi-decent in there to do the job Kate Botello did...give Adam Sessler less air time.

She looks pretty good but I don't think the show works well with another host. Adam's entertaining by himself but he was having to perform to her or something, I know girls game and all, but the host should just be a guy.
