This Month's Haul (May Edition)

It's been a good month for me actually.

Amplitude and Pro Race Driver (PS2)
Enter the Matrix and GTA: Vice City (PC)

I'm running VC at 800 x 600 with the draw distance out all the way and it looks worlds better than the PS2 revision. Plus using a mouse/keyboard for aiming is worlds better. I'm having alot of fun with this one all over again.

The Family Guy set should set you back about $38 at Wal-Mart. Just got the Simpsons thing from them (which was $35.) I chose the Simpsons over Family Guy due to Matt Groening being fantastic at commentary in the second season, and having a hankering to watch the RV episode. Just bought Shenmue II for $20 from EB, and Chasing Amy on DVD from Best Buy.

I'm seriously considering picking up Superman: The Man of Steel for XBOX.

Brainiac 13 is in it! I didn't know that! That game can't be nearly as bad as Superman64, and Brainiac 13 is one of the best villians ever.

I'll post a pick if I can find one.

CV: Make sure it's good and cheap, around 20. The reviews I read said it wasn't bad, but not really good either.

It's $20 at my local GameStop. Otherwise I wouldn't even have given it a passing thought. But for $20? Oh, Hell yes!
