PSO - Mag Cells

Ok, I'm goin' crazy here.

I looked all over PSOWorld, and I can't seem to find the answers I need.

I want some mag cells. I am a Greenil RAcast, if it makes any difference.

I saw a list of mag cells, but not how to get them. Anyone know what's up?

I spent some time mag cell hunting offline in v. hard forest with the telepipe trick, but to no avail. I just don't have the patience for that shit.

al rappies, I was under the impression.

to clarify,you keep doint the fake in yellow quest over andover again,eventually you may see some al rappies(on dc, as a rederia hucast i saw 3 playing a week straight for 3 hours a night over and over again. not fun memories)

Is there a legit way to get mag cells?

i have not seen them in the xbox version. In the gc version they came out on halloween and christmass, in special quests/rare enemies. i have heard no info on how to get them on the box.
