SHENMUE 2 at #12? WHAT THE FUCK! That game causes severe cases of nappy time.

Regardless, I think these "Greatest Game" things are stupid. There's no real way to determine what game is better than another for a plethora of reasons. Just enjoy the game, if it's your fav so be it. But trying to classify ever game based on "greatness" will please no one.
