BAM! Entertainment has released details of some of the titles to be featured at E3 later this week. The lineup consists of a broad range of adventure, stealth and puzzle games spanning all next-generation platforms (what? no love for GBA?!?)

    The listing includes the following:

Wallace & Gromit in Project Zoo (PS2, Xbox, and GameCube)

In this single-player action adventure game, gamers take on the role of lovable dog Gromit and attempt to liberate the Zoo from the evil clutches of maniacal penguin, Feathers McGraw. While racing through six massive action-packed levels, with 24 missions and 12 mini-arcade games, players will master loads of special moves from Gromit such as back flips, somersaults and even break-dancing.

(Releases currently scheduled for fall 2003)

Carmen Sandiego To Track A Thief(PS2 and GameCube)
    Planned for release: Fall 2003

The award-winning license is making its way to next-gen systems for the very first time. Traveling to nine unique locations on five continents, players take on the role of the stealthy special agent, Cole Gannon, and use the hippest, latest spy gadgets in an effort to capture the elusive and infamous thief Carmen Sandiego.

The Powerpuff Girls: Relish Rampage Pickled Edition (GameCube)
    Planned for release: Fall 2003

Mojo Jojo is fed up with The PowerPuff Girls and has invented a scheme to put all of Townsville under his mind control. As The Powerpuff Girls, players must defeat Mojo Jojo and annihilate the aliens before the Townsville citizens become aliens forever. Kids battle their way through several levels of entertaining missions and outrageous clashes in a 3-D Townsville world. The Pickled Edition features three fun-filled mini games and an extra mission this was not available on the PlayStation 2 version.

Dexter fans everywhere will be ready to rumble robot-style!

Dexter's Laboratory makes its first appearance on the PlayStation 2 and GameCube in a robust robot rumble. Join Dexter and Dee Dee in this arena-based robot combat action game that offers a multitude of robots.

Playing through the action-packed tournament modes with an arsenal of interesting weapons, the game will feature interactive and fully-destructible enviroments and an exciting 2-player team-play mode.

    Ice Nine (PS2)
    Planned for release: Spring 2004

Ice Nine incorporates espionage, stealth training and government secrets while placing the player right in the middle of the action. Players take on the role of the young agent trainee, Tom Carter, who is on a mission to thwart the theft and deployment of the "Ice Nine" computer virus. As a covert operative for the CIA, players neutralize enemies, operate in disguise and mingle with the enemy to gather information, perform stealth maneuvers to avoid the enemy and more.

We'll be back with more BAM! info later this week.

That could be fun. The robots in the show were always pretty cool. Who's the developer?

    Scene: BAM! Product Planning Meeting
Planner 1: We need some ideas.
Planner 2: Let's do a Metal Gear game.
    Planner 1: Good idea.
Planner 2: Yeah. And we'll copy the plot from MGS2, except we won't mention Snake and Metal Gear is now a computer virus.
Planner 1: And that crappy tanker level has to go.
Planner 2: Yeah. Screw Kojima! Our game will be better!
    Both together: BWAHAHAHAHAHA!

  3. Ice Nine is loosely based on the Al Pacino/Collin Ferrel movie "The Recruit".

Yeah, Doug Branches was talking to me about that. He said that BAM! wanted to expand the story, so they broke away from the license.

But really, it does sound alot like Raiden's mission in MGS2.
