The new FPS games: PC or Xbox?

PC. If I had to choose between consoles, say they were console-only and multi, then I'd choose Xbox.

halo 2 and halflife 2 look amazing, halflife > halo but both still look.... beyond words.

XBOX. My PC cannot handle Half-Life 2, and I don't feel like upgrading.

I've played a LOT of Medal of Honor and RtCW on PC online and off but I'd actually rather play them on XBox. I dont mind controllers at all. Sure the mouse and KB is nice but I'd rather be plopped down in front of a bigass tv sitting on a nice chair or couch. All I know is that we ALL win. ALL OF THESE GAMES ARE GOING TO KICK SERIOUS ASS!! Its cool to that even though they are all FPS games their all pretty different from each other. I also get Halo 2 on XBox.

whichever one of these has multiplayer, will be 1000x better on PC. There is no decision here..

i dont care what you say. you were NOT meant to play a FPS with a controller. its unnatural and control is flimsy.

give me a keyboard and a mouse anyday.

They'll play better online, they'll play better to me with a mouse and keyboard, and they'll LOOK better.

PC all the way, my Xbox wishes it could touch my PC.

I used to hate joypad control but Halo changed that.

Halo isnt the only one with good controlls. Goldneye for N64 had great controlls for a console.

Maybe my fingers just know how to function correctly or something, but somehow playing on a controller doesn't suddenly make me suck. I mean I'm having plenty of fun with RtCW on Xbox right now, kicking plenty of ass, and have mouse nor keyboard sticking out of my Xbox. Maybe if I had a job by then, I'd do it for the mod community, but not for just mouse/kb, and especially not for a single player FPS.

Nah, not a fan. Halo's control and the Xbox pad are so much better.

I agree 100% with this. Games like Halo might be playable with a controller, but it WILL control better when it hits the PC (can't wait for that btw).
