Its not a constant. Play a well-designed, solidly coded and tested game instead of a buggy rushed POS. The majority of games I have rarely, if ever, crash on me. Ive probably put about 600 hours into Half-Life and its mods, and it's crashed in-game well... maybe once. Freedom Force, Neverwinter Nights, Age of Mythology, etc. - no crashes, and that's just me being real with ya. CS has crashed sometimes in the menu system, but hey, whatever.Originally posted by frostwolf ex

The xbox version of Morrowind crashes just as often, if not more, than the pc version, especially after the first patch for the pc version which fixed a lot of crash errors. The last time I played the xbox ver it froze on me in fact. So the crash arguement makes no sense to me.
I'm personally undecided on this, though I'll probably go for the PC versions just for the modding that's going to happen.

I don't care about mouse/keyboard control anymore. I cared when I was a youngster and Quake 1 was the hottest game out there, but now I'm old and tend to get sore whenever I play PC games for extended periods of time. I'll trade mouse/keyboard control and constant PC upgrades for sitting on my couch and playing on an HDTV.
The problem is that FPS's need a mouse and keyboard badly on one hand, and on the other hand PC games are ugly cumbersome impossible to configure messes that you couldn't pay me to play. I'll take the Xbox versions and live without propper controll.
PC. No upgrade necessary.
Pc. for me. My Pc will run them decently, but I plan on upgrading soon anyway. I'm not one of those mouse/keyboard fanatics, but they'll just play better and look better on PC.

One thing that bothers bothers me about mouselook is how choppy it is, even when you're getting 60fps. I have a Boomslang and an optical right now, both of which are good, but they still won't track as smoothly as an analog stick. Seriously. Yeah, aiming is much easier with a mouse, but when you move a mouse really slowly, you can see it tracking each dot; it's not a continuous movement. You don't get that with analog sticks -- not on any of the consoles anyway.
