Thread: Gran Turismo 4

  1. Gran Turismo 4

i know not many people here don't like simulators, and that's fine, they're not for everyone. but if you don't like simulators and you're gonna post, atleast tell us why you think they suck. im really tired of hearing sooooo many people here talk about how they don't like simulators.

anyways, for those of us who can appreciate these deep racing games, i must say that this one seems to be coming along very nicely.

it's only a matter of time before my future NSX and i start owning. i hope some of you guys are interested in the game.

  2. 3 cheers for GT4! I love my GT games. And this one, having those amazing graphics and being online and all should prove a good addition to my game collection.

And my 3000GT VR-4 Turbo will wreck your NSX any day of the week.

  3. we'll just see about that.

now, if the game has a 86-89 Toyota MR2, or 77 Celica, then there's no hope for any of you.

  4. I love RACING simulators but I can't stand spoiled rich kids garage/driving simulators like the GT series. Since this series is going online, then it should have a competitive and intense RACING factor in it. The two player mode is kinda weak in the other games with the my car is suped up better than your car bit so I win. Plus having no other drivers in multiplayer and boring tracks that don't make you sweat doesn't help.

What they should do wih this series online is put a Top gear aspect in it. Take a qualifying lap first for starting positions and then race to see who gets 1st. If you get first, you have more money to supe up your car with. If you get 6th, then you have no money and can't supe up your car or buy nitro or anything. That would rule.

  5. It looks cool, and Net play is interesting, but between this and PGR2, PGR is a hell of a lot more fun.
