Thread: How many people here have first-person shooters as their favorite genre?

  1. #51
I will keep an eye on that but the new one looks odd, like they took some elf head and slapped it on.

  2. I got around to playing SS2 last night...

Wow... great fucking game. Scary as hell too. I love it.

Yeah, that guy looks kinda strange, but the chick hybrid looks damn good.

    JM

  4. The only FPS I have liked are:

    -GoldenEye
    -007: Nightfire
    -Perfect Dark
    -Time Splitters
-Time Splitters 2 (for the multiplayer, I thought the single player was better in part 1)
    -AND METROID PRIME

Besides those games I have absolutely loathed every other FPS I have played.

  5. I dont know if id call it my fav genre but its up there

not saying ALL of them but a good deal of them felt like too much just more of the same so i really havent played PC FPS since Half Life

  6. Gohron: Ugh, I hate desert combat in Battlefeild. I would much rather play the game in the normal pretenses. I don't find anything alluring about it.

Maybe that's because I can't figure out the helicopters, though. I can stay up there for a long while and then all of a sudden it just flips over and I bail out, and then all my passengers die.
