Should the Neo-Geo and TurboDuo be counted since technically nether is 16bit, the TurboDuo is a modified 8bit and the Neo-Geo is a 24bit system oe something like that

Yeah, but the PCE is part of the {SNES/GEN} generation. Alot of Neo Geo stuff was released later, but it's still a 16 bit system from what I hear.

It doesn't matter anyways, as they weren't included in the previous NZE thread.
