MTV Movie Awards on Tonight

Taped already, but it's a somewhat entertaining show, Seann William Scott and Justin Timberlake host.

Anyone gonna check this out?

No. I don't usually watch award shows to begin with (I couldn't give a shit about the oscars), but I'll go out of my way to miss any MTV-related one.

I mean, I think one of the categories is "Best Computer Generated Character performance" or something, like the cg character was a real person instead of a puppet.

Yeah but Jason won the lifetime achievement award one year so the show is pretty cool...

I will be taping it to watch later. I like their movie spoof comedy moments(last year Jack Black spiderman was excellent, so was MI2 spoof with Ben Stiller).

Well Jason won the lifetime achivement award he was to first to recieve others who recieved the award were: Godzilla, The Three Stooges, Shaft, Chewbaca, Jackie Chan, and Clint Howard

I watched it. Pretty good overall I guess as award shows go. I like these awards because the movie that SHOULD win usually do. Not some s artsy bullshit like Chicago or boring as fuck A Beutiful Mind.

Best part of the show was Gollum getting an award. Holy shit was that hilarious. I had to record that part the 2nd time they aired the show.
I'm glad Two Towers got best picture.
