Now that the dust has cleared and E3 has come and gone, the entire editorial crew is slowly readjusting back to the usual pace of gaming activity. This year held a lot of enjoyable memories, some which will eventually be forgotten. While others due to their unique subject matter...will not.
Nevertheless, things are returning to normal, industry news will soon be buzzing with hype and excitement. In the meantime, as we await the upcoming console and handheld releases (or primarily Mac, if you count Haohmaru), we remembered our obligations to highlights some of our experiences with treasured games of past and present.
So here we are once again, with another wholesome edition of something new, something old. It's the Gaming Report, Volume XII.
Note that in my preview of Europa Universalis II, it should be pointed out that there is a an, er, "active" pause feature that allows you to manipulate elements of the game and commands to units while effectively paused.
This would thereby negate my criticism of the time issue.
