Working Designs did a domestic release of some of the Saturn Sega Ages titles as a collection. I wonder if they would do so again.

If they do, we may get to play these domestically in about 4 years...

I see your point tho'.. the problem is that they are still rather low-tech old school remakes.

I also agree that the real problem is Sony's approval and/or Sega's decision to bring them out in NA. I don't think localisation would be much of an issue though, since most of the games are pretty simple and straightforward. Also, the translations exist for the Phantasy Star games already so it would just be a matter of incorporating the existing translation into the new game.

I'd say there is a decent change a few of these games may make it though. Some of the series like Phantasy Star have a pretty high profile, so surely someone will realise that there is money to be had here. Plus, Sega might have some more clout with Sony than smaller companies do. They might make a compilation of several games per disc and charge full price. I dunno.. but I think there is some hope.

If they don't I'll definitely be buying the imports though.

I really want to see some screen of the Space Harrier remake. So far they have been looking really fantastic from what has been shown. Golden Axe looked a lot better than I was ever expecting. With Sega and Hudson doing these type of remakes I hope more comapanys fallow suit. I just love it!

I realize that. But then how did games like Guilty Gear XX, Marvel vs Capcom 2 and Capcom vs SNK 2:EO get through to Sony??
