The URL on the back would be nice as long as it's not too big. Giant URLs look cheesy and very 1997ish. Keep it small, subtle, and tasteful.
Also, free advice: No need to have the "http://" or the "www". The ".com" alone is enough to indicate it's a website.
the-nextlevel.com will look much much much cooler than http://www.the-nextlevel.com/
