Is that a full active electronics system on the built guitar? I ask since the only other situation where I've seen that many knobs outside of a synth kit is the full active system you can get a BC Rich Bich.

found a dealer who will sell me an Orange AD140 for $1400. Almost $1000 below its list price.

That's a crazy deal. Is Orange out of business? I heard that from somewhere, not to mention most of the stuff you see these days by Orange is all vintage.

There are literally, like, ten shops in the states that do.

Yeah...its 3 active humbuckers (EMG 81, EMG 85, Shadow SH-5) and the guitar needs a 9 volt battery to run...unfortunately it doesn't run quite yet...
