Personally, I dont care if the game is new or used. If the disk in good condition, and game plays fine, its all that matter to me. Plus used usually saves me more money to buy more games

No, not really. And they DO keep all their gutted games behind the counter in ziplocks, I remember buying SSX Tricky and seeing one of the workers take the display box, give me a ziplock and hand them both to me. But whatever, game works perfect.
