i usually eat fast food (mainly mcdonald's) once every two weeks. i think the big mac is the best franchise burger ever. i eat healthy, so every week or two, i give myself a cheat day and scarf down a big mac.
fast food in general is bad for you, but if you're more selective about what you're getting, it's not too bad. go for all the grilled chicken and the only thing that you have to worry about is the sodium (ok, well the quality of meat ain't the best, but still...).
