In this months PSM theres a small quarter page article saying the next game in the SF series is not SF4 like its been rummored but a game taking place between SFII and SFIII
and its supposed to be 2D
all i can say right now is lord help PSM if theyre making this up
and if this has been posted before even months ago sorry but i dont remember seeing it posted

Im kinda up for some of the grittyness of SFII been playing a fair bit of Super Turbo and if they had a similar style to that in High res ohh would be nice

Wasn't there a false rumor to this effect in the SF2 15 Yr Anniversary thread? I wouldn't put it past PSM to print a month old false internet rumor.

what happened in the SF2 15 year anniversary thread was a new web page was opened up at capcom japans website for SF2 for the 15th anniversary and people too that to assume there was some game coming and that it was a remake of SF2, people like to assume things too much
