I think at heart I'm a good person, not just from the Christian standpoint but from a humanistic one too. I'm generally a very nice and exceedingly polite (probably too much so) person with a pretty long fuse. I love kids and animals, and if I can leave the world a better place through my words and actions that it was before I arrived, then I think I will have done my job.

But I'm not without my faults, I'm still somewhat obsessive-compulsive and a spoiled brat, though just a fraction of how bad I was as a child. I can also be pretty impatient with some things, but I'm working on that too. I also probably beat the bishop more than I should but I actually don't consider that to be a sin, part of the reason I've rejected Catholicism but still embrace Christianity from a non-secular standpoint. Honestly, if the Pope would just let members of the clergy either pleasure, which is a natural part of human biology, or marry, we'd have a lot less of this molestation nonesense and I might consider coming back into the secular fold...

Depends on my mood for me. Some people think I'm sweet and kind while others think I'm a total asshole, because people usually only see me at certain times so they only get one side. Usually depends on what I've been doing and what my mind is concentrating on.

To that: I'm a good person with some horrible tendancies.

not a firestorm, but we did this already a few times, the numbers dont differ between catholics and jews and protestants,who are allowed to marry. these statements annoy me as we go over this and over this, but people still say this nonsense,the world is round too. /end of thread hijack, back to the question.

Recruiters don't care. Just as long as they get their quota, they'll damn near tell you anything you want to hear. Either that, or fancy up the negative parts to get you to sign 2, 4, or 6 years of your life away. Army recruiters are especially shifty.

I'm glad 'Stoner had the common sense to go in aware of their practices.
