Company who has the rights to the Commodore name and trademarks plans to "re-launch" the brand and possibly start selling the titles to the techno-nostalgic.

Or is it just an attempt to make money of C64 emulators?

It seems strange as the net is filled with sites loaded with c64 software, and the format was long considered public domain by now..
