Wireless internet

I have the router sitting behind me, I need to get a card for my other computer and I'll set it up this weekend. What kind do you have and where did you get it?

i got one. i use it out by the pool. It's so cheap now too, everyone should upgrade.

I'm hardwired (I have a desktop PowerPC), but my roommate's PowerBook and printer are networked wirelessly (WiFi) to me and the 'net. It is indeed very cool, and extremely convenient.

Nice to be able to surf the web from the couch. Real handy for pulling up faqs while playing on the big screen. Hell, I even got a wireless card for my PDA for surfing the web in the bathroom.

My laptop has a built in card... because I rule.

The cards are about $40 at best buy.

I've got a wireless router too...I run hard lines to my Xbox and GameCube, and have wireless access for the laptop. Good times.

I have 4 USB 2.0 ports where a wireless access card would be (PCMIA port). I can take my laptop pretty much anywhere in my room, anyway, so it's no big deal.
