I've been drawing everyday since Feburary 16th this year. I'm getting my portfolio tweaked for Wizard World comic con in Chicago where I'll beg for a job. Before that all the work I was doing was on the computer, which is alot easier, erasing seems to be such a chore with traditional drawing media.

sweet! I hope to do something similar one day. Anyway, I agree with Bahn, you should show a lil something :]Originally Posted by Jester

Not nearly as much as I should be.
My problem is that when I have free time, I'm not really inspired to draw. When I am inspired to draw, I'm usually to busy with work or life in general to sit down and get my idea on paper they way i want to.
If I worked days instead of nights, i'd see myself drawing a lot more than i normally do. Sucks to be me...
What a coincidence. I usually have a free time - and I don't have the inspiration to play games!!!
I am trying to draw somewhat more often now, but I already know that occassionally I'll have my highs and lows.
i havnt picked up the pencils and seriously drew something since my anatomy class my 3rd semester in college. that was like 3 years ago. after i went mostly digital with my design classes im rarely away from the monitor.
Actually, when I was on vacation last month or so, I tried to "inspire" myself or feel like I was making progress by doing little pictures each day ... spending around an hour, maybe two if I was feeling really good about something. It was pretty fun, and I should really try to keep doing it... Another good "tool" for me is oekaki. It may not necessarily be fancy, but it helps keep the creativity flowing.
And when worse comes to worse, I know the good ol' scraps of paper in my office are always there for me.
very nice. hey, what's oekaki stand for in english? if there's a direct translation that is...Originally Posted by Lenneth
