The save glitch in Phantasy Star Collection, that won't let you save much of the time in PS1 and gives you the blue screen of death, is lots of fun.

Turok Evolution... and really, just about every 3DO game is filled with terrible glitches.

Serious Sam on the Xbox was pretty glitchy (if you got a bad copy), although I haven't played it yet, I hear Enter the Matrix is a total glitch fest.

The double tech glitch in CvS2. That's the hilarious stuff right there.

One time my friends made a Spear that would crash Morrowind. It locked and unlocked people simultaneously like a treasure chest.

If Morrowind could speak it would be like "Seriously...this shit needs to stop."

It's not really a glitch..but it was funny.
