I just got the game friday, so I hope that I can 1-credit it soon.

I've put in about 12 hours and 50 or so games, and I can't even come close to beating it without continuing. Unless you have some insane skills, it's gonna take you a LONG time to perfect this game.

Mundus is WWWWAAAAYYYYY easier than Nightmare on the harder difficulties. The toughest enemies in DMC aren't bosses actually. Try fighting three shadow cats at once. You'll die a ton of times before you beat them. Unless you just keep using holy waters and untouchables till they die.

I don't remember the last boss in revenge of Shinobi. I think i would have remembered if he was hard though. Hiruko was hard though. Took me a few hours. I didn't wan't to do the level again in that state of mind so I just left my PS2 on, woke up with a clear mind, then I beat him.

hah my bad i totally forgot about nightmare who is tougher than mundus because once u figure out mundus's pattern he is alot easier.......for the record i beat DMC on DMD

Ninja Gaiden 1. The Jacquio wins easy, because YOU HAVE TO BEAT THE LAST LEVEL EVERY TIME YOU FIGHT HIM.

Mr. Karate in AOF1 I found near-impossible, not to mention the fact that you have to actually play AOF1 for a good amount of time before you fight him, which is painful in and of itself.

The last boss of Tiger Heli on PCEngine. Got to him with 29 bombs and maxed out weapon, and he handed me my ass on a plate.

I hated that guy. You had to TATE up the things in the air, but a) you'd always get hit by one of them and b) the corridor was so tight that you couldn't aim your jump that well, and be too far above or below the next target.
