Just got it from EB, and it was, in fact a gut. Traded 3 old ass games in and just had to pay 6 bucks (it was the last copy). I opened it and looked at the disc just to be sure and the guy goes "It's brand new, just had to take it out for display so no one steals it." So I said "Just wanted to make sure". It's in perfect condition so it's all good. I have yet to play it.
