I could be wrong, but I'm guessing that, next to GTA, this will be this year's most overrated game.

I just don't get it.

I feel the same way about this game.

No way am I spending 20 bucks on this, espically when the same week brings games like Def Jam: Fight for NY, F-Zero: GP, X-Men Legends, and many many more games that look like they'll be more fun than 30 minutes.

Sorry Namco, you don't want my money just by porting obscure crap, even though the hardcore may eat it up.

The score average for this is around 8.5 so far

I hope the reviews aren't taking the lower price into consideration. I still feel burned for buying The Italian Job on PS1. Five star game my ass. Reviewers should never let budget prices affect review scores.

Maybe, if there's significantly more to it than what's apparent. I watched some guys playing it in the office with a crowd around. No doubt, the concept of the game is downright hilarious. But it looks nothing more than novel.

I'd like to be wrong, though. And I agree--I don't think a game's price should influence the scoring at all.

Not one single game listed sounds like fun to me. Katamari Damacy, on the other hand, sounds like a complete, if somewhat short, blast. The bit I've played already hasn't made me change my mind so out comes my $20 on day of arrival and then it's a pleasant evening of bizarre gaming ahead.

Assuming I can put down Burnout 3 long enough, I mean.

All those games sound great to me. Including KD, especially for such a low price. I probably won't be getting Fight for New York, though... no Live play =(

For that cheap, who cares if it ends quickly? Just so long as it's fun during the time it lasts I'll be happy.
