Wow. This movie BLEW! There was no point to it. Where did this disease come from? What's up with the freaky kid at the store in town? PANCAKES! WTF?!? What the fuck was up with the guy in the rabbit costume at the hospital?
The movie was overly gross and some of the main character's actions had me wondering.
I give this movie two thumbs down. No point.

Dude, I was hoping I would like it. The trailer looked cool. It was supposed to "do more for the horror genre than freddy vs jason did." It didn't.
As someone pointed out earlier, there was no plot. It's as if the writer just borrowed ideas from other movies and made a tribute to them (Deliverance, Evil Dead, etc).
I really didn't like that part at the beginning when the old dude said the rifle was for the niggers. Bad taste.
