I read about this a few months ago. Gerfield is gonna be voiced by Bill Murray and... it's just gonna be not good. I mean how can you spread "Hey, Garfield is lazy and fat" into a full length movie? I used to be a huge fan of Garfield as a kid but the strip has just gone on for too long. I'm more of a Fox Trot man now.
