Well, Pompey finally fell, 2-1 to Blackburn. Liverpool ended being saved by...omigosh...Heskey?! James Beattie continues to score by the double, leading to a 3-1 over the Spurs. No one believed me when I said Soton would be a good team. Man City saved in the 90th minute to earn a draw at Fulham. And Chelsea helped the Wolves on their way to relegation with 5-0 smashing with sub Crespo bagging a double. Man Utd and Arsenal on PPV tomorrow.

I am glad Liverpool won today. Houllier has laid down the gauntlet with Heskey, this is pretty much his last chance so he's gotta do well - especially after Baroš' injury and Cissé coming in next season. Sounds like he responded (the game was on television but I was sleeping.. doh).

Electric atmosphere in the pub this afternoon. Ronaldo is proving to be very good even though he's a total poof. Those free kicks he won were a joke. Two things though.

No fucking way was that a red card. He never touched him, if he hadn't already picked up a yellow card then fair enough, it's a caution but fuck off is that a sending off offence.

Not a penalty. You don't award something like that when you can't be sure in the last minute.

In summary the referee is a wanker. Sick and tired of referees targetting Vieira like that. I just hope the FA don't suspend him for more than a match, we can own the fackin geordies piss easy but for chelsea we need a full strength squad. Anyway a draw at old trafford is always decent, I honestly thought we could win it in the second half after a shocking first half.

We played a damn good match with 10 men aye. Fuck the scum, you had fucking everything going for you yet you couldn't win it. Good to see that even though we can spent fuck all this season, we can still match the scum on the day. Lehman really needs to stop fucking around though. Can't organise a defence for shite either.
