If you rip the game with a modded Xbox it loads faster, or so says one of my friends. Maybe Chux can confirm that since he's got both. What's UI?Originally Posted by Joust Williams
The problem here is that if it worked like BO2 then no one would be able to catch up with the leader. There's a big enough disparity as is, but the way the game is designed it works perfectly.you almost may as well drive normally as you get so little boost from drift, near miss, oncoming (it used to be so that your bar would fill faster via oncoming that it would deplete),There's only one that bugs me, it's a highway that has glare on the concrete which makes it absolutely impossible to drive on using the Sports class or higher. The glare is the same as the headlights and absorbs car color as well and while it might look more realistic it kills the truly high-speed gameplay there. Otherwise I've no problem seeing upcoming cars, although I haven't memorized all the different possible layouts and traffic possibilities so I still crash a bunch at certain intersections if certain layouts are given.on a few tracks there is so much glare in the distance that you can't make out a thing (although playing this on Master's TV might fix that),
Re: The Music: The Ramones are great but they (at least that song) really don't fit the game. The rest is passable at best but the worst problem is that none of it fits, even if it's terrible music to my normal listening taste if it works well with the environment then I'm fine with it. We should all use the MMPR soundtrack with it anyway.
Question: If I pick up the Xbox Music Mixer can I put mp3s onto my Xbox and use them for the custom soundtrack? I really don't care about the product but I'll pick it up if I can do that, and if so, does it require the microphone to boot up? There's a used copy nearby for $10 sans microphone and since I only want it for music transfers I'd rather pick that up.
P.S.
THE BLUE TEAM ARE ESCAPING!
