More than likely. NSTC and PAL systems output video at different resolutions and refresh rates.

Yep, hence my whole thing about the oddly rigged setup. The way it works through ATi's TV setup isn't perfect anyway since if I run it through PAL it comes out black and white or I can "trick" it into switching over to NTSC and running color, but then I lose the bottom of the screen with the speedometer and Burn Meter. We should have an NTSC demo soon enough anyway.

Makes me wish I kept that Commodore monitor, it had a vertical hold that if turned all the way down let me run PAL games.
