I'm loving what I've played of the game so far. The animation and art are beyond belief.
This game is awesome. I have an Archer, an Ice Mage, a Scout (Garcon) a female and male brawler and warrior and 2 prinnies.
Do these prinnies from the start leave? I hope not. I levelled Bruce up to level 8 so that him and Lahraul can own a hole bunch of enemies with a cleric in the background.

No, it's the highest female class...I think you have to have lvl100+ Knight, Cleric, and...something else, to access it though. It's still a sub-class though, so it's like Angel -> Crusader -> Seraphim -> Paladin ...or something like that. Go check gamefaqs or somethingOriginally Posted by Captain Vegetable

You'd probably explode if you played Summon Night 3 then. Gameplay probably isn't as good (it certainly has less options) but the visuals put Disega to shame. The fact I'm playing La Pucelle instead means visuals aren't everything, though the gameplay of SN3 isn't bad by any means.Originally Posted by Jeremy

Never played SN 3. I'm also loving this voice acting, I can't recall ever hearing it in strategy RPGs.

I don't understand how publications like OPM get away with calling Disgaea's voice acting bad. It doesn't get much better than this, and Atlus is usually better than average anyway. Are they expecting Hollywood actors? It's not like Haley Joel Osment & Co have the voices of gods.Originally Posted by Jeremy
You should also know that Disgaea is very, very funny. I never could appreciate the humor in La Pucelle because, well, I didn't understand a word of it.Originally Posted by Ammadeau
Just got my copy! Hooray!
What are the specs on a Knight? Also, what do the models look like? I'm playing this game and I'm foaming from my fingers because it feels so good to play.

- It's phenomenal that you can change any actions while sorting out your strategy. For instance, I move Laharl to one enemy, Etna to another, along with the Prinnies against a different enemy. Then I noticed that if I moved Laharl closer to the Prinnies, I could have a combo attack.
- I'm just starting out but I already love some of the humor going on in the game.
Anyways, I'll be playing alot tomorrow. Between this, F-Zero GX, VF4:EVO, SCII, and FFTA, it is a great time to be a gamer, DOOD!
