Funniest thing happened last year when Britney Spears confused Michael Jackson into thinking he was getting artist of the millenium award. It was actually a Birthday surprise, but it was some truly classic stuff.

So far, this is easily the worst VMA ever if it weren't for Chris Rock bringing it hard with the funny. I loved the deafening silence during Christina AuGalgualuarhara's performance.
