Shinji Mikami was 'executive producer' of DMC, so his involvment was probably fairly slight. Though probably more, than say,how Hiroshi Yamauchi 'executive produced' Eternal Darkness.

I thought so, because while playing VJ I was reminded of DMC, lots of things are simliar. Bosses and enemies feel the same, Unlockables, Difficulties, ect..ect.

Got it preordered but really don't expect a sequel.

I've watched people play it at Wal-mart and alot of people seemed to to struggle with the concept of the game and then walk away. *-neo
