Thread: The 16 bit era debate

  1. I had to go with SNES. It had all the games I wanted to play, and it usually got the better version of a multiplatform release.

  2. SNES 4 LIFE!

  3. Mega Drive. Kickass.

  4. Genesis.

  5. SNES. Its aged amazingly well, and thats why publishers are still re-releasing tons of SNES games on today's consoles.

Such as Earthworm Jim, the Strike series, every sports game, Thunder Force 3, Aladdin, and a host of others?

I voted but my answer is obvious.

  7. Well, I had a Genny back in the day but this is getting to when I was pretty young, like 1-5 grade.

Now it sems like I missed so many great SNES game but I also missed many Genisis ones. Being so young, Gunstar Heros wasn't exactly on my radar.
I thought you were gay.... i guess not.

  9. Genesis. Without a doubt in my mind. It's not even a hard choice. I really like the SNES and the Turbo but Genesis has always had more of what I liked on it.
    o_O

  10. Melf, the SNES and Genny Aladdin games were totally different, they weren't really multi-platform in the traditional, port sense.
