Can somebody please explain to me why these games aren't cell shaded?
Vivendi has released four more screenshots for The Simpsons Hit & Run, this time focusing on the reckless wheelings and dealings of one Bart Simpson:

The Simpsons Hit & Run, highly modeled after the Grand Theft Auto series, will be released September 17 for GameCube, PlayStation 2, and Xbox.
Can somebody please explain to me why these games aren't cell shaded?

the concept of cel-shading is overused anyways. it doesn't look bad in its current form.
