Thread: Unlimited SaGa Re-release Collectors Set Announced for North America

  1. Isn't the game already $30 in most places? Or are you waiting for even more of a drop?

Bingo. I don't consider $30 impulse purchase status, especially when something has been as ripped on as Unlimited SaGa. Granted, I enjoyed SaGa Frontier and everyone else hated it (the combos, baby, the combos) but I'm still hesitant.

Give me a $20 tag and we'll talk. Even then, it's mostly for the artwork, otherwise I'd wait for less.

  3. there is no way that story is accurate. that game is rotting on shelves at $30.

fuck 'em. fuck kawazu, fuck square enix for putting this game out here instead of fast tracking star ocean 3.

  4. Xbox 360 I

Ah, Unlimited Saga. This is one of those games that, from screens, art and such, I just wanted to be good yet that was just too much to ask for.

  5. Here's a pic of the collection:

  6. I still want to get it, just because I've always loved the story and characters of the game, while the gameplay left me too.. flustered to continue on.

Supposedly Star Ocean 3 Sucked in Japan so it could suck here. But I doubt it.

  7. Hope it doesn't end up being bunk, I think it'd be worth owning for the extras. Glad I held off on the first release if it ends up being true.
    omg TNL epics!

  8. That makes 2 times this game has packaging that is more interesting then the actual game, the Japanese Premium version and now this

I really tried to like this game, I forced myself to play it and it wasn't any fun at all, sure it was nice looking but it felt like to much of a chore to play IMO

I'm a Square junky and I even can say this sucks... even the fact it has a wolf character didn't save it for me... if that doesn't say something then nothing will.

  9. What's in the Japanese premium version?
