Wow, that's pretty cool...... but Capcom is releasing the BN games way too fast. I have only played the first one and now there are 3 more GBA games, 2 WS games, and a GCN game. Yikes.
Meh. I really like the game I have but unless I can get them on the cheap I'll probably skip most of them and maybe I'll come back to the series for MMBN4+Boktai.![]()

Konami's sun game for the gba. A Konami character appearing in a Capcom game?
A few months ago, Justin from tokyopia.com, hinted that there were two high-profile companies talking about possibly merging. He couldn't come right out and say which two companies they were, so he listed four of them. Sega, Namco, Capcom, and Konami. Maybe this is the first step. And before you question the source, he's legit. Hmm...

The battle network has moved far too fast. Megaman EXE is my favorite design ever for Mega Man, but by the time I got around to playing Network 1, Network 2 was already out, 3 was on the verge of being released, my friend had just imported Transmission and the TV show was premiring in just a month or so. Screw that..

Yeh, it sounds and looks pretty cool. I really enjoyed the first game..... I just cant keep up.. too many games, not enough time, too much $.Originally Posted by Spike
Maybe Capcom will release a Battle Network Collection, like the newly announced collection for the original series. That's my only hope!
Exactly. That was the same situation for me.Originally Posted by Sl1p
At least the MM Zero series has been well paced. I bought the game a few months after release, played for a while, got frustrated, waited a few months then came back to it, won it (it was a great game) and now finally this autumn the sequel will be coming out, right when I feel ready to play the series again. I wish BN was similarly paced.
The 450 Battle Network games just stress me out. If there is too much pressure to keep up with the series it stops being fun and you end up losing interest.
Like I said before, maybe I'll just skip the lot of them and pick up 4...![]()
I'll be another one to agree with this. I beat BN1 a while ago, started on 2, but stopped to play Transmission (which takes place after 1, so I thought it was logical). The last boss is fucking impossible, says I, so I've been stuck for a while. Otherwise, I've got two, and a pending fourth, Network adventure to run through now. It would've been nice if Capcom would've made new sprites earlier and held back the releases a bit so I could FINISH THE REST OF THE GAMES or somesuch.Originally Posted by sggg
The series is so enjoyable, too...
How is Boktai, though? All I know is that Kojima made it and that it uses the sun... has anyone tried it yet? Will the game interact with MMBN4, or does the character just cameo?
COOL!
*pray for Capcom vs. Konami.
Boktai is not out yet in NA.Originally Posted by ChaoofNee
