I like them with either mustard, mayo and ketchup, or chili and cheese. Maybe the fact that I am half British contributes to my almost obsessive need to slater mayo on everything!

I find it depends on the weiner. If I eat plain-jane hog anus/raccoon testicle/steel toe boot tongue hotdogs, I'll smother them in ketchup and mustard and cheese. Essentially, the more elaborate the hot dog, the fewer toppings I put on it.
