Konami finally reached the stage of total feminisation of their CV action heroes

I just thought Leon was blonde?

  3. Xbox 360 I

Nice. Thanks for providing the LoI OST. The tunes are pretty slick and will definately become uber memorable once they're etche dinto my brain from playing the game for hours. Track 5(Anti-Soul Mysteries Lab) I dig alot already.

  4. From Justin, industry insider at Tokyopia.com

I was talking to Igarashii at the Konami cocktails thing last night and did ask him if he thought SOTN fans would be disappointed. You guys should understand though, that before SOTN came along, the team had perfected the movement of the main character in a 2D action space.

They want to do a simpler 3D action game first, to define and perfect the movement of the character in 3D before moving onto the next evolution, a more complex SOTN style 3D action RPG.

He also said that the series could return to 2D (on next-gen platforms) if the fans were really unhappy with this new evolution. This game is an experiement in public opinion for him.

Holy Smokes! 2D on the next-gen platforms! Colour me surprised that they even mention 2D for the next gen!

  5. Damn... I was telling a friend how I thought the next Castlevania would be like this game with more RPG elements, so that doesn't surprise me (kinda like Nintendo testing the waters with Metroid Prime, which was really just like Super Metroid in 3D), but that "return to 2D" stuff is kind of exciting. I almost feel a moral responsibility to hate this game now

Then it's settled: No one buy Lament of Innocence.
