Cool stuff. I'm more interested in Dororo than Astro Boy, but I'm sure most of Japan disagrees![]()
Neat-O. Astro Boy has a lot of gaming potential, especially with Sega developing.Sega announced they will release a PS2 version of Astro Boy: Tetsu Wan Atom in Japan in Spring 2004. The PS2 version is an action adventure game in 3D.

A while back Sega also announced an Astro Boy GBA game, which is being developed by Hitmaker (edit: Treasure). It's cool to see them making use of the Tezuka properties.

Dororo looks neat too... but I'd say I am more interested in this, I don't know... I'd like to see some screens first. All I know is the GBA version looks great.

It seems Sonic Team might be behind the PS2 version of Astro Boy! Wow, Sonic Team + Astro Boy would be too cool.
Even if it's just a new Sonic Team PS2 game inspired by Astro Boy... that's great too. You can't go wrong either way. Good news.![]()
Is this game going to be running on the Sonic Adventure engine like all their recent games?

According to IGN/Famitsu it sounds like Sonic Team is officially developing this game.![]()
From what I've heard the game was in development at UGA before the merger (for a long time in fact). For what that's worth (probably alot around here).Originally Posted by sggg

That's pretty funny. Now all I can think about is Astro Boy diving around in slow motion and using really long, wordy metaphors.![]()
