You just don't get it, do you kid?

  2. So this game is 30 dollars now.

    LOL @ TNL

  3. Sweet.

I was going to pick it up tomorrow. Just in time for the price drop.

  4. Hey, it lasted just over one month at MSRP.

  5. It's a good game, it was worth $50. Still worth it too, I haven't gotten to beat it yet thanks to stupid time restraints. There just isn't enough time to sit at home and really get gaming lately.

It was funnier when diffusionx said it.

  8. So I finally gave this more than 5 minutes of playtime.

It's awesome. But I wouldn't compare it to Lynch. If anything, I'd compare it to Miike, especially Gozu. Either way, it's not another goddamn anime angstfest and it really tries something different, which I want to see more of.

The gameplay is also better than I initially thought. I couldn't see what they were going for at first, but after playing it for a while, it became clear why everything was stuck on rails. It's nice to not be expected to search every single corner of the world for once.

Same thing that happened with me. The on-rails thing makes perfect sense and keeps the walking/exploration aspect of the game from becoming a chore. Just got to the second disc last night and I'm lovin' it!

I was more aiming at Mulholland Dr. The story goes in a slightly confusing direction for a while, and then just when you think it might start to make sense it takes a turn for the completely bizarre. But, right. It is hard to make comparisons to anything.
