Thread: Donkey Konga

  1. I plan on getting one once they've been out around here for a little while, or when one comes up cheap on eBay. I want it, yes, but not enough to blow the full price just yet.

Well, I say good luck to you finding it later. Or good luck to you finding it later for less than it's original retail price. Or good luck to you finding it for an all together reasonable price.

  3. The Gamespot hands-on made it out like it's not all that hard, even on the toughest setting it won't be much of a hassle. It's targeted at kids, so what do you expect.

    Thanks, I'll need it.

  5. old ass thread, but your Toys R Us might have their GCN stations set up with the Donkey Konga demo (Mario Paper 2 is on it also). fun game, easy to get into, although the bongos didn't seem to pick up every clap i made. but that's probably because i wasn't clapping hard enough for it to pick up. songs on the demo were the Donkey Konga Theme, Crystal Meth's Busy Child, Santana's Oye Como Va, Wild Thing, and Blink 182's All The Small Things.

  6. Yep, I went into TRU yesterday and saw a set of Kongas attached to the 2nd player side of the kiosk. Pretty funny to see. When does this thing hit stores?
