In theaters, I almost nodded off in the middle part of 28 Days Later. Nice pacing. Bleh.
At home? Last movie I fell asleep during was Gamera... it just couldn't hold my attention. Gamera 2 is a much better movie. Haven't seen 3 yet...

Any Disney movie
The Hulk
Star Trek: Generations
I tend to doze lightly in the screening room at school (the thermostat is set below freezing), but Rules of the Game and Toll of the Sea put me out completely.
The Thin Red Line = This is probably the most boring movie I've ever seen.
Dark City = Fell asleep the first time I saw it, but enjoyed after watching it again.
28 Days = NOT the zombie movie, it's that god awful Sandra Bullock movie made a few years ago.
In theaters, U-571 had me snoring. Also, somewhat ironically, Insomnia put me right under.
On video, I've had trouble with Fritz the Cat, Heavy Metal, Titanic, Watership Down, and any Godzilla movie that focuses on the human characters exclusively for more than 20 minutes at a time.
I feel asleep in the Hulk and the Order, but only until the action kicked in.
Freedom is a road seldom travelled by the multitude...
surprisingly, lotr: The two towers. The second time through, the middle part in rohan with Wormtongue, i just konked out for a fewminutes.

As for the topic, can't really think of any movies that have actually put me to sleep but The Rocketeer was boring as hell and more recently, the Hulk is a good candidate for a movie that could potentially have put me to sleep.
